A nurse struggling with a lack of closeness in her marriage is given an assignment to work on a mysterious island known as Isla Bato, where the local men have a reputation for treating women with inappropriate desire. Witnessing the disturbing behavior of the inhabitants, she becomes determined to find a way to escape the island and its unsettling atmosphere.
