Lazareth revolves around Lee, a fiercely protective aunt who has devoted her life to shielding her orphaned nieces, Imogen and Maeve, from the chaos of the outside world. She has raised them in seclusion, away from the dangers and uncertainties of society. However, their peaceful existence is jeopardized when an outsider poses a threat to their carefully guarded sanctuary. Lee must now confront the harsh reality that she can no longer shield her nieces from the inevitable challenges of the world outside.
